We’re expanding in the DFW market and looking for skilled Photographers and Videographers who want to tell stories that make small brands look big and real estate listings look unforgettable.

About the Role

As a Craft + Code Photographer/Videographer, you’ll capture the visuals that define our clients’ first impressions. You’ll bring elegance, depth, and modern energy to every frame, whether it’s a luxury property, a local entrepreneur, or a growing family business.

You’ll work on a freelance basis, choosing projects that fit your schedule, while being part of a curated creative network that values artistry, reliability, and integrity.

This isn’t a gig. It’s a creative partnership.

What You’ll Do

Capture real estate and small business photo/video projects across the DFW area.
Use your creative eye to tell a story through lighting, composition, and motion.
Collaborate with our project team for scheduling, shoot briefs, and uploads.
Deliver edited or raw media (depending on assignment) via Google Drive.
Uphold the Craft + Code brand tone — clean, cinematic, and confident.
Communicate proactively and meet agreed timelines.

Who You Are

A professional (or advanced freelance) photographer/videographer with portfolio-ready work.
Skilled in composition, natural lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
Comfortable shooting in both residential and commercial environments.
Equipped with your own reliable gear (camera, lenses, audio, and gimbal/stabilizer).
Detail-oriented, self-managed, and easy to collaborate with.
Proud of your craft — and looking to grow with a brand that shares your standards.

Compensation

Per Project: $250–$600 (depending on project type and duration)
Add-ons: Drone footage, video reels, or 3D tours may include bonuses.
Payout Schedule: Net-5 via Stripe or PayPal after client approval.

Real estate listings (interior/exterior + drone optional)
Brand and lifestyle shoots for small businesses
Social media video content and client interviews
Promotional or short-form video storytelling
