We’re expanding in the Bay Area and seeking a detail-driven, creatively minded Matterport / 3D Specialist, someone who understands that immersive spaces aren’t just scanned… they’re experienced.
The Role
As a Matterport / 3D Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating immersive virtual tours that capture the spirit and flow of a property or workspace.
From high-end homes to boutique offices, your work will help clients transport their audience, delivering a digital experience that feels tangible, emotional, and perfectly designed.
You’ll be part of a curated creative network where your skill, professionalism, and artistic eye are valued as much as your technical precision.
What You’ll Do
- Capture Matterport 3D scans for real estate listings, commercial spaces, and boutique businesses.
- Ensure seamless, realistic walk-throughs that reflect real-world spatial flow.
- Calibrate lighting, staging, and camera path for the best immersive experience.
- Upload and process scans within required timeframes.
- Collaborate with editors and project coordinators for file delivery and publishing.
- Uphold the Craft + Code aesthetic, clean, cinematic, and client-focused.
Who You Are
- Experienced in Matterport or 3D scanning technology (1+ year preferred).
- Owns or has access to a Matterport Pro2, Pro3, or high-end 360° camera system.
- Possesses strong attention to spatial accuracy and visual quality.
- Understands lighting, composition, and environmental detail.
- Punctual, professional, and comfortable working in various environments.
- Passionate about storytelling through spaces — not just tech.
Compensation
- Per Project: $350–$800 (depending on property size and scan complexity).
- Add-ons: Floor plans, highlight reels, and schematic extras may include bonuses.
- Payment: Net-5 after approved delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
