Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled by Craft + Code Marketing (“Craft + Code,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By engaging our services, scheduling a consultation, or submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.
Consultations and Discovery Calls
• Scheduled consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
• Missed consultations without notice may not be rescheduled at our discretion.
• Consultations are exploratory and do not guarantee services, pricing, or outcomes.
No refunds apply to time already reserved or consultations already completed.
Service Engagements
All paid services provided by Craft + Code are governed by a written proposal, agreement, or statement of work.
Because our services involve time, strategy, and custom creative work:
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Project Cancellations by Client
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:
• Fees paid for completed work are non-refundable
• Fees paid for work already in progress are non-refundable
• Any remaining unpaid balance for work completed remains due
Cancellation does not transfer ownership of unfinished or unused materials.
Project Cancellations by Craft + Code
We reserve the right to terminate a project or engagement if:
• Payment terms are not met
• Required information or approvals are not provided
• Communication becomes unreasonably delayed
• The scope or expectations materially change outside the agreement
• The relationship is no longer workable
In such cases, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
Subscription or Ongoing Services
For ongoing or recurring services:
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing
• Notice periods are defined in the applicable agreement
• Services continue through the current billing cycle
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time
Delays and Client Responsibility
Craft + Code is not responsible for project delays caused by:
• Late content delivery
• Delayed feedback or approvals
• Changes in scope
• Third-party dependencies
Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds.
No Guarantees or Performance-Based Refunds
Marketing, branding, and automation outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Craft + Code does not offer refunds based on:
• Lead volume
• Sales performance
• Revenue outcomes
• Market conditions
Our obligation is delivery of agreed services, not specific results.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Craft + Code directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate suspension of services
• Revocation of licensing rights
• Recovery of associated fees
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be explicitly agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
Verbal agreements or assumptions do not override this policy.
